Yes. Every quote, every scheduling message, and every follow-up is in English. Our on-site cleaners for expat clients can hold everyday conversations in English so you can leave a note on the counter or send a quick voice message, and it'll actually be understood.

Because at 30 CHF/hour, you are the employer under Swiss law. That means AHV registration, accident insurance, liability if something breaks, and personal responsibility if the cleaner gets hurt in your flat. Our rate looks higher, but it already includes all of that, plus a real company that answers when you call.
Then you get a full refund and we part ways. No contract has been signed. That's the point: we take the risk off you for the first visit so you can see the actual quality before committing.
Your first 30 days are a trial: either side can walk away at any point, no penalty, no questions. After the trial, the minimum term is 3 months from your first cleaning. From then on the contract simply continues, and either side can end it with 14 days’ notice. There is no exit fee — you just give notice and we part on good terms. Each cleaning is billed separately: the invoice is issued at or before your visit, and you have 10 days to pay after the cleaning date. No prepayment, no monthly bundling. All terms shown in English before you sign.
We organise a replacement wherever possible so your home doesn't sit uncleaned for two weeks. If we genuinely can't cover a date, you'll know in advance. Not on the morning of.
Life happens: trips, illness, guests. Cancel or reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice and there’s no charge. Between 24 and 48 hours, 50% of the visit is billed. Under 24 hours or no-show, the full visit is billed. This is the standard in Swiss cleaning, and it lets us pay our cleaner fairly even when we can’t reallocate their time.
Yes. Full Swiss business liability insurance (Betriebshaftpflicht), coverage up to CHF 2’000’000 per event. If your cleaner accidentally damages something in your home, our insurance pays. You don’t file a claim, we do. Certificate available on request before you sign.
Your keys stay with the same named person you meet on day one. Handled discreetly, never labelled with your address. If your cleaner changes for any reason, you're told first.
